The Azul spiral carries us through a meditative journey as we connect to our body through movement. This practice of listening to our body allows us to reach deeper into Self to support Awakening of Love.

All are welcome to attend this fun and spirit filled evening. No previous dance experience necessary.

Nancy, Chensun and Robin have been practicing conscious movement, embodiment, and other healing modalities for many years and are presently in the Azul Teacher Training.

LOCATION  - Christ Church Greenwich Parish House Loft 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for parking and settling in. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle. We dance barefoot or in soft soled indoor shoes. $20 cash at door.

DIRECTIONS/PARKING  - The Loft is located on the second floor of the Parish House building, which is next to the main church building (254 E. Putnam Avenue, Greenwich, Connecticut) and sits back from Rt 1 (E. Putnam Ave). The Parish House building has a grass yard in front with a semi circle driveway; a stone "Christ Church" sign is in front of the building near Rt 1. Parking is available in the semi circle driveway in front of the building or on either side of the adjacent buildings (Tomes Higgins or Main Church parking lots).
